UKE BASH at the Barbican for the EAST Festival

In just half a day, the Kitchen School of Music will teach 80 children to play the ukulele well enough to perform their own piece of music on stage at the Barbican.

Children aged 7-12 and their parents and carers are invited to attend a fun-filled day of learning to play the ukulele through a number of exciting workshops facilitated by the Kitchen School of Music's experienced teachers. The workshops are suitable for absolute beginners.

The Kitchen School of Music will lend basic soprano ukuleles to all children attending the event.
